- BE/BTech (Only CS/IT/Information Science branches) candidates can apply
- Should be from 2022 batch

- Experience with SQL scripts is a must

Job Duties (Summary):
- First line of support for incidents / alerts for cloud products
- Analyzing application issues and establishing resolutions or recommendations for the development team
- Driving the triage calls with multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, support and devops
- Fixing issues with cloud products and product deployments
- Performing basic maintenance and assisting in deploying new resources and product releases
- Ensures Security and Compliance is maintained at all times
- Have a good familiarity with tools for managing the environment, this should cover network, virtual servers other virtual resources and cloud services, be able to support applications such as Apache, IIS, Tomcat, and a good familiarity with database technology
Notes:
- This role requires to be on-call and weekend support
