Application Administrator - Job Duties (Summary):
- The application administrator will be supporting MRI SAAS applications and responding to multiple client requests on a day-to-day basis
- The application Administrator will be one of the points of contact for clients with respect to issues, requests, and any type of technical queries related to applications
- Create, update, audit, and modify documentation as required
- Configure, maintain, and support MRI applications using Microsoft Windows, and Oracle
- Validate, correct, and maintain database backups
- Perform day-to-day operation and maintenance of SaaS applications
- Install new software releases, patches, and system upgrades
