Qualifications we seek in you:
- Educational qualification is Any graduate(BCom preferred)
- Freshers are eligible
- 0- 2 yrs of accounting, invoicing, payments, reconciliations processes
- Basic knowledge of accounts payable, account receivables, payment processing, GST, etc.
- Candidate must clear the Speech X with proficiency level of A1 A2 and must score atleast 33% in AP WASP tests to be eligible to proceed to further rounds
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
- Typing speed of 25-30 word per minute
Job Duties (Summary):
- Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes
- Enforce the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
- Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices and queries are balanced taking based on the exception tracker
- Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention
- Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are balanced as per the guidelines
- Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment
- Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.

- It is a Work from Office job and you will be based @ Hyderabad location for your regular duties
