Executive - Job Duties (Summary):
- Mandatory Knowledge of working on marketing automation tools like MoEngage & Clevertap
- Campaign configuration, validation, reporting in marketing automation tools. Formulating CLM strategy ( content, frequency, touch points) for new and existing segments
- Optimisation of targeting/communication/channels for existing/new campaigns
- Defining Events structure for marketing automation tools, Working with tech/product team for events configuration
- Analysing Campaign, Business, Source, Event, GA and other relevant data to propose new customer segments for improving CLM performance
- Managing Adhoc CLM marketing campaigns on Push, Mail, WhatsApp and SMS channels
- Pulling out customer data through SQL queries from Automation tools & data servers for data analysis and campaign execution
- Tracking customer loyalty metrics and campaign metrics at weekly/daily level
- Managing multiple external vendors and agencies for execution and analysis of CLM campaigns
- Execute customer lifecycle campaigns on owned media for Brand team for one or more LOBs – redBus, rYde and redRail
- End-to-end management & roll out of Customer life cycle management marketing Campaigns for – India market/ International markets/ New Lines of Business
