Job Duties (Summary):
- Diagnose coverage & impression variance in Ad campaign served using analytical data & make recommendations to improve coverage
- Able to visualize & create reports to present campaign performance
- Provide email and chat support in English
- Ensure that all requests from the clients are addressed and prioritized in timely manner to reach the SLAs
- Available to work in a 24x7 set up
- Analyze billing & explain detailed breakdown of the revenue & invested costs to the Customer
- Analyze policy violations in Ads served, liaise with policy team to identify the remedy & communicate to the customer
- Provision account activation & other admin tasks to set up an Ad campaign
