Order Management - Job Duties (Summary):
- Consolidate data from multiple systems to facilitate inventory availability check and order entry
- Plan and pro-actively manage through SAP the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from Order Entry to Collection
- Provided order management support for sales including order entry and order tracking using SAP
- Provided accurate order entry, change order and detailed telephone information while maintaining call center objectives and goals
- Process a high volume of product orders via electronic distribution from order entry to shipment for revenue recognition
- Extensive intricate knowledge of SAP ERP system, including inventory, sales, and receivables and invoicing modules
- End to end knowledge on the Export process system - from ERP to interfaced systems
- Perform various order management functions including order entry and expediting
- Order entry, shipping, fill rate, and product availability management of orders
- Extensive knowledge on simple and complex contract under order booking and management
