Job Duties (Summary):
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
- Deliver exceptional support through voice calls to international clients
- Adhere to quality standards and processes during client interactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and efficiently
Notes:
- 24*7, flexible shifts100% WFO, no hybrid
- Need to work on US shift timings
- Need to complete specific and dedicated training programs set by the client
- Should have all documents photocopy handy for background verification
- It is a Work from Office job and you will be based @ Bangalore location for your regular duties
