Content Designer - Job Duties (Summary):
- You will be working across 3 major streams - in-app interface copies, notifications, and Help & Support documentation
- You will assist in crafting high-quality, clear, and concise copies that align with user needs and Zeta's business objectives for digital products
- You will also need to collaborate with the Help Center team for understanding customer pain points and maintenance of the FAQ category tree
- You will be required to work along with the UX team to integrate content seamlessly with the design and enhance the user experience for digital products
- You must be an active participant in the UX content process and pipeline, eager to learn and experiment to enhance the user experience
- You will be learning and contributing towards the development and maintenance of a content design system or style guide for Plutus, ensuring consistency across all its products, under the guidance of senior team members
- Additionally, you will be contributing towards UX research efforts by participating in user interviews, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback to inform content creation for Zeta's digital products
