- Educational Qualification is Bachelor's Degree
- Strong capabilities of DAX queries / DAX functions / Power Query Editor
- DA-100 certification preferred
- Experience with SAP / S4 HANA -Data handling Preferred

- Specialist on building visualizations in PBI based on various sources and datasets
- Able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards
- Able to properly understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources
- Familiar with Row Level Security (RLS)
- Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements
- Expertise in using advance level calculations on the data set
- Basic knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL data warehouse, SSAS, Visual Studio, Power Apps etc.
- Knowledge of HE / PGTR organizational structure & operational KPIs preferred
- Be flexible across timezones for certain meetings
- Extended MS Office knowledge & skills, especially excel but also eg PowerPoint, etc.
- Experienced in building MS Teams Space & SharePoint pages
- Proactive in engaging with stakeholders and understand elicit requirements
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
Power BI Analyst - Job Duties (Summary):
- Working closely with the HE Performance & Analytics Team who is the owner of the most important data base feeding the Transformers PowerBI visualizations
- Building Analysis Services reporting models
- Supporting of the PGTR QO Management with the development and administration of the BU-QO’s PowerBI workspace. Working in a respectful, friendly team which is working fast and seldom hectically
- Implementation of row level security on data and application security layer models in Power BI
- Creation of DAX queries in Power BI desktop. Applying advance level calculations on the data set
- Development of tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards
- Developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements
- Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop
- Connecting to data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence
- Translating data into informative visuals and reports
- Undertake adhoc customized analytics and creation of Knowledge portals in Sharepoint
- Develops and maintain reports and dashboards (including but not limited to Relex Analyzer and PowerBI Dashboards) for the Transformers Quality & Operations Department
- Extraction and analytics of data from various tools and other relevant sources to measure the performance of specific activities or initiatives for the QO Department
- Creation of What/IF analyses / Scenario analyses
- Development & maintenance of the BU QO’s Reporting & Analytics Teams Space / Sharepoint
- Maintaining an up-to-date online documents library that includes general information & Instructions for the reporting and usage of the BI tools

- Support in training the stakeholders about the usage of the reports and dashboards
- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of data quality and completeness
