Qualifications we seek in you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Should have graduated in 2025 / 2026
- Exposure to one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript)

Graduate Trainee - Job Duties (Summary):
- Work with artifact repositories (Artifactory, Nexus) to manage and version build artifacts
- Collaborate with team members to understand and apply CI/CD best practices
- Use Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) for issue tracking, source control, and pipeline execution
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based microservices
- Document workflows, troubleshooting steps, and create internal FAQs/technical guides
- Support branch management, code promotions, and release workflows under guidance
- Gain hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Contribute to automation of build and deployment processes using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo.
Notes From Calix :
- In this role, you will work with cross functional teams ranging from PON, Ethernet switching and routing software, subscriber management for Triple Play services, performance monitoring to network management to build, integrate, unit test and support software modules within a large-scale system.
- Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter
