Graduate Trainee - Job Duties (Summary):
- This role requires you to work in a 24x7 rotational shift
- Monitor Slack and Teams for reactive issues and respond promptly to minimize MTTR
- Provide 24x7 technical support for applications, servers, virtual infrastructure, and network issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions
- Manage Jira queue effectively, ensuring timely acknowledgment of tickets and meeting SLA requirements
- Participate in incident management processes, including incident detection, response, and resolution
- Monitor system performance, identifying and reporting potential issues
- Manage escalations, communicating with clients and vendors as needed
- Monitor alerts proactively using Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar tools, performing L1 troubleshooting and escalating issues within SLA while meeting MTTA and MTTN targets
