- Any Graduate
- Good analytical, debugging and communication skills
- Expertise in CORE Java programming
- Expertise in Javascript development
- Well versed with multithreading concepts/programming & exposure to debugging tools/techniques for profiling Java
- In depth knowledge about Eclipse IDE including creating plugins of our own
- Familiarity with formal design processes would be an added advantage
- Exposure to Cloud Platforms like Azure, AWS etc. and microservice architecture
- Knowledge about VoIP technologies (like SIP/RTP/RTCP) would be an added advantage
- Exposure to web-based applications would be added advantage
- Good understanding of OOPS is a MUST along with exposure to Object Oriented Design (OOD) & Analysis
- Knowledge about VXML and SCXML files. Sound understanding of XPT files
Job Duties (Summary):
- Analysing the product requirements or defects
- Define and manage the build
- Implement and unit test developed features
- Provide estimations of work effort for requirement
- Proactive communication to Stakeholders
- Automate unit test cases for the newly developed features with Continuous Integration (CI) framework
- Review design and code of peers
- Design and develop new product features or fix defects within estimated plans for development
- Reproduce and fix defects
- Contribute as QA in a high performing self organised team
- Familiar with Agile working model and JIRA tool
- Stakeholder management to handle Care team and Customers on call
