Business Operations Associate - Job Duties (Summary):
- Supports intermediate level transactional processes that require independent judgment.
- Supports the business by answering strategic questions with both quantitative and qualitative insights through data analysis and reporting
- Works with customer support teams to address operational issues and improve the customer experience
- Assesses the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for the supply chain department to add value
- Identifies basic to complex level supply chain anomalies and seeks guidance for resolution
- Follows detailed documentation and instructions to execute a variety of process oriented tasks to support demand and supply matching activities
- Ensures that the company complies with relevant regulations and industry standards, and assists in audits as necessary
- Supports the training of new hires and lower level roles
- Maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies
