Qualifications we seek in you:
- Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: No backlogs/arrears/ATKT/extended education. Kindly note, appearing in backlog examinations after the stipulated course duration is considered as extended education.
- Academic percentage: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-graduation.
- Course types: Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time/correspondence courses will not be considered).
- Age: Minimum age – 18 years and maximum age – 28 years.
- Highest qualification: Candidates from the batch of 2024 and 2025 with MBA in HR/Masters in Human Resource Management/Masters of Arts in Human Resource/Masters of Social Work in HRM/Masters of Management Studies in HRM/Masters of Labour Studies (with specialization in HRM/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Labour Law)/Post Graduate Diploma in HRM/Post Graduate Program in HRM or equivalent courses.
- Gap/Break in education: It is mandatory to declare academic gaps if any, during the period of education. Break in education should not be due to extended education. Any break in education should not exceed 24 months. Relevant document proof, as applicable to be produced for validation of reasons behind academic gap.
Trainee HR - Job Duties (Summary):
- In the Talent Acquisition role, you will be in charge of strategic planning, identifying, attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's current and future workforce needs.
