IT Customer Service New Associate - Job Duties (Summary):

  • Provide end-to-end customer assistance for billing, package-related, and technical support queries
  • Personalize customer conversations to ensure a positive experience
  • Identify and create sales opportunities during customer interactions
  • Manage productivity while adhering to compliance standards
  • Use multiple applications effectively to resolve customer issues
  • Ensure proper documentation, escalation, tracking, and follow-up for all incidents
  • Take ownership of the customer journey to ensure quick and accurate resolutions
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for user and client communication needs
  • Handle multiple support channels - phone, chat, and email as per business requirements
  • Liaise with other support teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner
  • Follow detailed task instructions as provided by supervisors
  • Contribute as an individual contributor within a team environment
  • Solve routine problems using existing guidelines and precedents
