Associate Analyst - Job Duties (Summary):
- Processing amendments/adjustments on an Engagement
- Develop strong knowledge on various regions, office locations and business units to better understand client requirements and assist
- Setting up new engagements in SAP
- Always ensure accuracy, clarifying issues within team prior to delivery as appropriate
- Generating WIP (work in progress) reports recurring/adhoc based
- Engagement management, reporting and analysis
- Raising client Invoices
- Collaborate with team to ensure service level agreements are met
- Maintain own continuing professional development to ensure advice given is appropriate and of a high quality
- Adhere to Quality, Risk & Security guidelines
- Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure
