Qualifications we seek in you:
- Qualification should be Graduate
- Knowledge of Incident Management lifecycle
- Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled
- Work experience on Service Desk with good knowledge on VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting – printer issues, Bit locker, MS teams, BIOS
- Experience on Service now, Remedy, Control M or similar ticketing tool with knowledge of ticket priority, severity
- Knowledge on Service requests and incidents and should be able to communicate difference between Service Requests and Incident
- Excellent communication skills – CEFR :: B1, C1, C2
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Should not have any backlogs
- Should be Ready for Rotational Shift if required
- Must be available to join immediately
Technical Process Executive - Job Duties (Summary):
- As part of this team, you'll combine your technical expertise with innovative ideas to help the project
- You will be working under team lead supervision
