(Summary):
- We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, OPS Business Planning and Analysis II to join our Billing team
- Gathers, organizes and reviews operational data/metrics to analyze data
- Extrapolates and complies analyses for use in reports or presentations
- Conducts analyses and reporting in support of general business operations and planning activities
- Stays abreast of organization and function operations and gains familiarity with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.
- Participates on project teams, providing analytical support to achieve project objectives
- No direct reports
- Communicates effectively with technical and business staff
- Develops and delivers both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations
- Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
