Analyst - Job Duties (Summary):
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records in the contract management system
- Act as an intermediary between Analysts, Sales, IT Support, Invoicing, and other teams
- Managing contract obligations between SG its clients (act as go-to person within MARK/GRS)
- Support the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and management of contracts
- Lead commercial review and maintain existing client relationships including handling renegotiations, invoicing, terminations, and general client queries
- Support commercial analysis, including identifying trends, assessing risks, and providing recommendations for process improvement
- Prepare dashboards to management that helps in decision making
- Quality control checks on contracts and client’s data
- Responsible for SG Research P&L (Accounting and Economic)
- Overview of invoicing teams for invoices sent from SG to clients and ensure accuracy and timely payments receipt
- Manage client interaction requests on different platforms and action client requests on priority without escalations
