Executive - Job Duties (Summary):
- Maintenance of centralized files/ folders for all advertisements campaigns
- Assist in maintenance of summary and dashboards – NPRA and Merchant Advisory
- Assist in maintenance of advertisement register for IRDA filings
- Coordination with marketing team for issuance of advt codes
- Maintaining Service Now tool for NPRA reviews
- Intra-Team Coordination and follow ups with other teams for NPRA responses
- Maintenance of NPRA records/ evidences and follow up for closure of the product review
- Reviewing merchant exception cases in line with approved merchant onboarding SOP
