Qualifications we seek in you:
- Educational Qualification is Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
- Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Knowledge and understanding of analog circuitry (examples include: op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing, etc.)
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended)
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
Test Engineer - Job Duties (Summary):
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to achieve profitability targets for assigned TI product lines through new product development, cost reduction, capacity expansion, and yield enhancement initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for all operational aspects of the assigned product portfolio, resolving customer quality and application issues
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive effective problem-solving and operational improvements
- Take a leadership role in building strong relationships with key stakeholders across TI wafer fabrication and assembly manufacturing sites to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
