- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for a diverse set of Manufacturing IT applications to ensure reliable, compliant operations
- Lead root cause analysis, manage configuration changes, and drive application enhancements
- Collaborate with global IT, business, and vendor teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Support upgrades, patching, and validation activities aligned with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data-integrity principles
- Provide user training, onboarding, and detailed support documentation
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation for incidents, configuration changes, and validations
- Promote standard practices and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
