Qualifications we seek in you:
- BE (IT/ Computer/ Instrumentation/ Electronics), MCA, MCS, MSc Computer or compatible
- 0-1 years of experience in Software Development.
- Teamwork – Remain flexible, good Team player and assist team for resolving issues.
- Any experience with Reporting application development, web application development and support is added advantage.
- Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication. Clear and precise communication with customer and within group.

- Ensure best practices in software development are institutionalized.
- Enable absorption of latest technologies in the product line.
- Coordinate activities across both business and technical teams to ensure that technology strategy aligns with business strategy.
- Work on:
- Windows (Winform) applications (C#, VB, VBA, Java)
- Database programming (SQL)
- Windows Services and Web services
Job Duties (Summary):
- Understand Project dynamics and adapt to changing scenarios.
- Status reporting and Progress Reporting.
- Analyze requirements and Prepare Requirement Understanding document. Do Impact Analysis and raise Technical Queries.
- Closely working with Lead to Develop, enhance and support Windows (Winform) Applications, Windows services, Web Services and Database programming on Microsoft platform (.NET, C#, MS SQL, VB, VBA, MS Office products).
- Raise concerns and Risks at appropriate time and communicate well with all collaborators.
- Apply OOPs principles and implement design patterns.
- Perform Unit Test, Integration Test ensuring all requirements are implemented with Good Quality, within Timeline and Budget.
