Software Engineer - Job Duties (Summary):
- Evaluate potential solutions, providing clear and actionable recommendations
- Facilitate / attend workshops and meetings to elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, challenges, and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure alignment and successful product development
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate that product requirements are met
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their requirements and expectations are understood and fulfilled
- Identify project risks in collaboration with the product team and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions
- Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks
- Track project progress in coordination with PMO Leads (TPMs) to ensure timely delivery of milestones and project objectives
