- Educational Qualification is BE /BTech in Computer Science or related discipline from Top Tier Engineering College
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in highly technical product company incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, driving bridge call

- Strong DB queries skill (PL/SQL) in anyone of DBs (MySQl, SQL or Oracle)

Associate Software Engineer - Job Duties (Summary):
- Driving bridge call for critical incidents by working with cross functional teams across the organization and take it to closure
- Automation and process improvement
- Incident Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis of critical issues
- Handling Service requests from cross functional teams under stringent SLAs to meet commitments
- Firmware upgrades to the field : Build, maintain scalable upgrade infrastructure, FW upgrades to the field
- Independently handle the production support of multiple cloud software
