- Educational Qualification is Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience of maximum 4 years as an Automation Tester or QA Automation Engineer

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with popular test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, Appium)
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used for automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
Automation and Software Test Engineer - Job Duties (Summary):
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Develop and implement automation test strategies and plans
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to facilitate continuous testing and faster feedback loops
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects with clear and concise documentation
- Analyze product requirements and technical specifications to identify test cases suitable for automation and manual execution
- Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, when automation is not feasible or appropriate
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand product features and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Participate in code reviews of test automation scripts to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the test automation framework and processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in software testing and automation
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated test failures, identifying the root cause of issues and working with development to resolve them
- Write good quality documentation for data processing for different projects to ensure reproducibility
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
